The Araucano Park is an urban park and one of the main green areas of the commune of Las Condes, in the city of Santiago, Chile. It has 22 hectares and is located in the quadrant formed by the Avenidas President Riesco to the South, Alonso de Córdova to the west, Manquehue to the East and Cerro Colorado street to the north. Its east limit is connected to the Juan Pablo II Park through a known gateway as a bridge between parks

The Municipal Theater of Las Condes is a theater located in the subsoil of the Las Condes Civic Center, in the El Golf neighborhood of said commune of the city of Santiago, Chile. It has an inclined stalls with capacity for 646 spectators, plus 108 seats located on the orchestra pit platform. It also has 120 locations on the side boxes, which adds a total capacity of 874 spectators.
