Book Ticket*Tsarevets is a medieval stronghold located on a hill with the same name in Veliko Tarnovo in northern Bulgaria. Tsarevets is 206 metres (676 ft) above sea level. It served as the Second Bulgarian Empire's primary fortress and strongest bulwark between 1185 and 1393, housing the royal and the patriarchal palaces, and it is also a popular tourist attraction.
2. Transfiguration Monastery
The Transfiguration Monastery or the Monastery of the Holy Transfiguration of God is an Eastern Orthodox monastery located in the Dervent gorge of the Yantra River. It lies near the village of Samovodene, seven kilometres north of Veliko Tarnovo, in central northern Bulgaria. It is one of the five stauropegic monasteries of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church.
3. Св. Св. Константин и Елена
"St. St. St. Constantine and Helena" is an Eastern Orthodox church located in the old center of Veliko Tarnovo, built in 1872 by master Kolyu Ficheto. The earthquake of 1913 suffered significant destruction. In the 1920s, the temple was restored under the name "St. King Boris". It is also known as the Church with the Rotating Columns.

The Church of Saints Peter and Paul is a medieval Bulgarian Orthodox church in the city of Veliko Tarnovo in central northern Bulgaria, the former capital of the Second Bulgarian Empire. The 13th-century church lies at the foot of the Tsarevets hill's northern slopes and was reconstructed in 1981.

5. Девинград
Momina krepost also called Devingrad(Bulgarian: Девинград) is a medieval stronghold located on a hill with the same name in Veliko Tarnovo in northern Bulgaria. This hill was one from the three main hills when Medieval Tarnovgrad was the capital of the Second Bulgarian Empire.
