The Casa do Anhanguera Museum is a seventeenth-century bandeirista house. This historical heritage was restored and listed by the National Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN) in 1958. The museum is located at Largo da Matriz, n° 19 in Santana de Parnaíba, which presents in its architectural ensemble a typical example of an urban flag residence, being the only one of its kind in the state of São Paulo maintaining its architectural characteristics to this day.
