A medieval fortress of Shiti. It is located in the west of the city, where a rocky Isar hill rises, 150 meters high. It is surrounded by steep slopes, with the riverbed of Breganica in the west and the riverbed of Odia in the south. Location and height allow browsing and control of city entrances and exits. There is an uneven plateau at the top, extending 200 meters in the north-south direction. It is fenced by fragments of turret base, which is quite well preserved and piled up 12 to 19 meters high. There are several defensive towers. According to the research so far, it is assumed that the fortress rose in the early Middle Ages, which was due to the defensive and strategic needs of the city lying on its footstool. Under today's name, Stier lies within the borders of Samoir state, under Bulgarian rule in the early 13th century, immediately after the rule of Serbian ruler Stephen Deshansky. The Turks captured him in 1382. State and political changes are also reflected in the construction of the fortress. In some places, collapsed, repaired or attached buildings are seen. After her gunfire appeared, she was abandoned, like most of Macedonia's fortresses. Among the building materials embedded are fragments of Roman cheque white marble building plastic, of course brought directly from the former city of Astibo lying at the foot of the mountain, in today's Marlowe Stark. There are three churches in the lower part of Isapo, and in the east-St. Archangel Mikhail, in the south of St. John is in St. Vlasier, he is in the remnants of the foundation. As for the remains of medieval settlements, some of them meet on the northwest slope, to the left of the Holy Church. Archangel Mikhail. According to the pieces of ceramic tableware found, there are clues that Isar was used for defensive purposes much earlier, in the early days, and perhaps the Iron Fist Age.
