The Yekaterininskaya Mill is a monument of history and architecture, road signs built in 1784-1787 on the alleged route of Empress Catherine the Great from St. Petersburg to the Crimea. In the Russian Federation, which controls the disputed territory of Crimea, they are an object of cultural heritage of Sevastopol and Crimea of regional importance, and those located in front of the Khan's Palace in Bakhchisarai and in Tsvetochny are of federal significance, in Ukraine, within the internationally recognized borders of which the disputed territory is located, are monuments of cultural heritage of national importance.

He served as the first and founding head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1924 and of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1924.
