The Saints Doctors is a Romanesque church with modifications of the 17th and 18th centuries in the municipality of Sant Julià de Ramis (Gironès) protected as a cultural asset of local interest. The old parish of Sant Julià de Ramis, today converted into a sanctuary, is above a mountain range in the old uninhabited town, about 5 km north of the city of Girona and also in the north of the region Gironès. The church is located on the mountain of Sant Julià de Ramis, which separates the plains of Girona and the Empordà, partially bordered by the Ter and near the Terri. It is located on a small artificial plateau, at the highest point of the mountain. It has a privileged situation from a strategic point of view: at the top of the mountain, dominating the steps that lead to the plains of the Empordà and the Prelitoral Depression. It is dedicated to the Martyrs Saints Cosme and Damià.

2. El cau de les Goges

The Cau de les Goges is a cavity that housed an archeological site belonging to the upper Solutrian, chronology around 18,000 BP, and located geographically in the municipality of Sant Julià de Ramis, on the left bank of the river Ter and a short distance from it. Near this site was the so -called Cova de les Goges, a site destroyed by the construction of a road, which should not be confused. The importance of the site falls on the fact that it was the place where for the first time the superior solutrian was studied and documented in Catalonia.
