Monument to L. A. Zagoskin - a monument in the city of Penza near the building of the Museum of Folk Art, perpetuating the Russian traveler, a researcher of Russian America, a native of the village of Nikolaevka Penza province Lavrenty Alekseevich Zagoskin (1808-1890). Sculptor I. V. Porvatov, architect A. Yu. Belov. It was established and solemnly opened in 2018 by the 210th anniversary of the birth of L. A. Zagoskin. One of the three -social monuments in Russia and the world L. A. Zagoskin. The image of the monument is present on the postal card “their names in the history of Penza. L. A.
