Krasnodarskaya Kravaya Universal Scientific Library Imen A. S. Pushkina is the largest public library of Krasnodar. It was created in 1900, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the poet A. S. Pushkin. The first librarian was I. A. Kuznetsov (1870-1905). The initial fund amounted to 2807 volumes. The library was paid.
