St. Gallus Church, commonly known as Gallus Church, is a Protestant Lutheran church in Pappenheim in the Weisenberg-Gonsenhausen district of central Germany. The present graveyard church dates back to the 9th century. It is the oldest Carolingian church in Franconia, one of the oldest churches in southern Germany and the oldest building in Pappenheim. The building is listed in the list of Bavarian monuments, numbered D-5-77-158-31. The underground part of the church is also registered as a ground monument. The church belongs to the Protestant Lutheran parish of Pappenheim.

2. Burg Pappenheim

Pappenheim Castle is the ruin of a sporn castle on a long mountain spur in an Altmühl sling over the city of Pappenheim of the same name in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Middle Franconia. The headquarters of the mighty Reich Ministerials and later Counts of Pappenheim is considered one of the most important medieval castle ruins in Bavaria. An older castle stable is located a few hundred meters west southwest of the ruin on a forested hill.
