1. Wasserturm Kermelberg
The Kermelberg Water Tower in the snow marks one of the highest points in Witten (258 m above sea level) and is located in the Buchenholz forest area on the border of Herdecke town, which can be seen from a long distance. It was built in 1958 and is 30 meters high. It has a capacity of 300 m and is divided into two containers: the inner ring holds 175 m of drinking water and the outer ring holds 125 m of drinking water.
2. Dorfkirche Wengern
The Dorfkirche Wengern is a listed church building in the centre of Wengern, a district of Wetter (Ruhr) in North Rhine-Westphalia. It lies only a few meters above the stream in the valley of the Elbsche in the area of the confluences of Opfersiepen and Schmalenbecke, two smaller streams. The neighbouring buildings include the Glue Box and the Little Mill (Henriette Davidis Museum).

The building is located on a hill about 33 m above the Harkortsee in the district of Alt-Wetter north of the Ruhr. It is located between the historic settlement cores Freiheit Wetter and Dorf Wetter at Kaiserstraße 170, a former part of the B 234.

Villa Bönnhoff is a former entrepreneur villa in Wetter an der Ruhr, Kaiserstraße 51. The building is located in Alt-Wetter, not far from the Bönnhoff family's former factory, on a hillside overlooking the Ruhr Valley. It is a site on the industrial heritage route and is listed as a historical monument.

Haus Mallinckrodt is a former Knight's estate and today's estate on the western slopes of the Ardey Mountains. It is located in a forest above the Ruhr Valley in Gedern, Hedek town, Westphalia, and is often called Mallinckrodt Castle because of its impressive architectural style.
