In the place of Cronheim's historic parish, the Allodium, which originally stood at Cronheim's Knight Estate, was probably built around 1140 and strengthened. It is part of the front and outer castle of Crohnheim Castle. In 1749, Matthias Seybold, the building inspector of the Bishop and Prince, partially reused the ground floor and the ground floor walls of the estate during the reconstruction process. It is one of the oldest buildings in the area. This two-story plastered roof has five to four window shafts.
