2. Herrgottsruh

The pilgrimage church "Herrgottsruh" is located on the eastern outskirts of the former border fortress Friedberg in the district of Aichach-Friedberg in today's Swabia. Some of the most important artists of the Bavarian Rococo were involved in the decoration of the monumental late Baroque building, who created a spatial work of art of remarkable unity in terms of content and form. The original condition could be restored during the major general renovation after the turn of the millennium.
3. Sankt Afra im Felde
St. Afra im Felde is a Catholic pilgrimage church in the southwest of Friedberg in Bavaria. It is dedicated to Saint Afra of Augsburg, who is said to have been martyred around 304 AD on the site where the church stands. The church belongs to the parish of St. Jakob in Friedberg. The pilgrimage to Saint Afra takes place annually on 7 August. The church can be visited on request. Immediately next to the church is the only group of buildings the Brauereigasthof St. Afra im Felde.
4. Burgstall Bachern

Burgstall Bachern, also known as the Old Castle, is located south of the Friedberg district of Bachern in the district of Aichach-Friedberg in Swabia on a hill. Of the high medieval hilltop castle of the type of a tower hill castle (motte) at 516 m above sea level, only the neck moat and the mighty tower hill have been preserved.
5. Wallfahrtskapelle Maria Alber

The Catholic pilgrimage chapel Maria Alber is a Baroque central building in the west of the city of Friedberg. The small church was built next to the connecting road to Augsburg and contains a replica of the Altötting miraculous image.
