1. Marienkirche

The church of St. Marien is a Catholic parish church in the Marienviertel of the Hervest district in the city of Dorsten in the district of Recklinghausen (North Rhine-Westphalia). The hall church in the style of neo -Gothic has a roof rider in the west and five -nation closure in the east. It was consecrated in 1910 and equalized with its original top gaddle of a basilica. Through war effects and several conversions, it received its significant shape today. The parish belongs to the Dorsten in the Recklinghausen district dean and thus to the diocese of Münster.
2. Amtsgericht
Dorsten is the seat of the Dorsten District Court, which is responsible for the city of Dorsten in the district of Recklinghausen. Around 79,000 people live in the 171 km² judicial district. Furthermore, the Dorsten District Court has jurisdiction over the agricultural matters of the district courts of Bottrop, Dorsten, Gelsenkirchen, Gelsenkirchen-Buer, Gladbeck and Marl.
3. Merkur
The Planetenufer Dorsten is a 3.2 km long planetary trail in Dorsten, which was opened on June 10, 2017. On a scale of 1:1.4 billion, a 1 m large solar model and 8 planetary steles are lined up at a corresponding distance. Stainless steel hemispheres ranging from 3 mm (Mercury) to 102 mm (Jupiter) are mounted on them. The earth consists of blue lapis lazuli.
4. St. Josef
The Roman Catholic Church of St. Josef in Dorsten, Hervest district, Josefstraße 1, was built from 1928 to 1930 and is a listed building. Today it belongs to the parish of St. Paulus Dorsten-Hervest. The architecture of the sacred building shows characteristics of the New Building, but also the aftermath of the architecture of Expressionism.
5. Schloss Lembeck

Lembeck Castle, located in the urban area of Dorsten on the border of the northern Ruhr region and the southern Münsterland, is a moated castle. It is located in the Hohe Mark Nature Park and surrounded by the "Hagen" and "Kippheide" forests to the south of the Dorsten district of Lembeck in the northwest of the Recklinghausen region.
6. St. Urbanus
The Catholic village church of St. Urbanus is a three-nave hall church from the 19th century. It is located in the centre of the village of Rhade, which has been a district of Dorsten (North Rhine-Westphalia) since 1975. The church is dedicated to Pope Urban V, who lived in the 14th century.
7. Bahnhof Wulfen
Wulfen (Westf) is a railway station in the immediate vicinity of the centre of the Dorsten district of Wulfen. It lies at kilometre 30.7 of the Dorsten–Coesfeld railway, which separates the settlement area of Alt-Wulfen from the Köhl industrial estate west of the tracks.
