St. Mary's Church (German: Kirche St. Marien) is a Catholic parish church in the Marienviertel of Hervest in the town of Dorsten in the district of Recklinghausen (North Rhine-Westphalia). The hall church in neo-Gothic style has a ridge turret in the west and five-eighth end in the east. It was consecrated in 1910 and resembled a basilica with its original clerestory. Due to the effects of war and several reconstructions, it received its decisive shape today. The parish belongs to the deanery of Dorsten in the district deanery of Recklinghausen and thus to the diocese of Münster.

The Planetenufer Dorsten is a 3.2 km long planet trail in Dorsten, which was opened on 10 June 2017. On a scale of 1:1.4 billion, a 1 m large solar model and 8 planetary stelae are lined up at a corresponding distance. 3 mm (Mercury) to 102 mm (Jupiter) stainless steel hemispheres are mounted on them. The soil consists of blue lapis lazuli.

Schloss Lembeck is a moated castle in the city of Dorsten on the border of the northern Ruhr area and southern Münsterland. It stands in the Hohe Mark Nature Park surrounded by the forests "Der Hagen" and "Kippheide" south of the Dorsten district of Lembeck in the northwest of the district of Recklinghausen.
