Blankenheim Castle is a schloss above the village of Blankenheim in the Eifel mountains of Germany. It was built as a hill castle around 1115 by Gerhard I and became the family seat of the House of Blankenheim. The lords of Blankenheim were elevated to the countship in 1380. The counts were related to the counts of Manderscheid and, from 1469, were named Manderscheid-Blankenheim. With the extinction of the lines of Manderscheid-Gerolstein and Manderscheid-Kail (1742) the County of Manderscheid became the largest independent territorial lordship in the Eifel.
2. Wüste Kirche Schaubesfelde
Schaubbesfelde is a desert at Emseloh in the Mansfeld-Südharz district. A church ruin with a tower and a small ship is still preserved from the village in the forest. Nothing can be seen from the other houses. Siebesfelde was protected with a wall and a ditch. The name probably means "the place from which you can look far into the field".
3. Ahrquelle

Ahr is a river in Germany, a left tributary of the Rhine. Its source is at an elevation of approximately 470 metres (1,540 ft) above sea level in Blankenheim in the Eifel, in the cellar of a timber-frame house near the castle of Blankenheim. After 18 kilometres (11 mi) it crosses from North Rhine-Westphalia into Rhineland-Palatinate.
4. Römischer Gutshof Villa Rustika

The Villa rustica in Blankenheim (Ahr) is a Roman estate that was first excavated in 1894 by Constantin Koenen. Further excavations were carried out in 1914, 1930 and 1931 by Franz Oelmann. The manor house with its construction periods and four outbuildings were examined. Two outbuildings have remained unexamined to this day.
5. Burgruine Schloßthal
The ruins of Dollendorf Castle are located in Schloßthal, a district of the municipality of Blankenheim in the Eifel. The ruin lies in the nature reserve Lampertstal and Alendorfer Kalktriften with Fuhrbach and Mackental.
