1. Chalet Eugénie

The hut of the former emperor and queen, or Napoleon III's hut, was a holiday home built at Vichy in Ariel between 1861 and 1864 at the request of Emperor Napoleon III, after his first stay at the spa in 1861. Built by architect Jean Lefaure, it is located between the newly created Allier Park and Thermal District, and its style is inspired by Alpine huts and British colonial houses. They are listed as historical sites.

2. Villa du Docteur Maire

The villa of Doctor Maire is a house located in Vichy (Allier), at the corner of the Quai de l'Allier and the rue du Golf. It was built in 1911 on behalf of Dr. Maire, then chief surgeon of the city hospital by the architect Samuel Henriquet, in a neo-Gothic style, at the end of this historicist current in architecture. It has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1991.

This castle is the only relic of the city's old castle, which was renovated in the 19th century. Its tower has a spiral stone ladder serving all floors and has been listed as a historical site since December 28, 1926.
