Gjellergaard is a farm located on Gjellerodde between Lem Vig and Gjeller Lake, about 5 km north of Lemvig in a scenic area, near Nissum Bredning in the Limfjord. The farm, which is a former West Jutland fishing farm, has been converted into a local hometown museum. The farm, owned by Lemvig Municipality, was restored 1992-1993, and is run by Foreningen Gjellergaard, largely on a voluntary basis by local forces.
2. Nørre Nissum Kirke
nissum Church, one of the largest churches in the area, is located in the center of the parish, on a hill 76 meters above sea. From the church's hills, you can see the northern edge and the southern Montenegro plain and iced landscape. The church can also be seen from the ocean in the west, and a front spire on the tower can be used as a lake mark "8 miles out of the sea".
3. Fjaltring Kirke
Fjaltring Church is a Danish church located about 13 km southwest of Lemvig in Fjaltring Parish, Lemvig Deanery, Viborg Diocese. Construction began in the 1100s, but the tower was not built until about 1500. In the late 1600s, spires and transept were added. The baptismal dish dates from the late 1500s. The pulpit was decorated around 1600, while the altar is from 1450.
