The tolerance church stands on Zichpil, the former Humpolec neighborhood and today the street, opposite the axle building, with which the open -air museum is formed. Through the parking lot it is adjacent to the Church of St. John of Nepomuk with a cemetery. Since 1963 it has been protected as a cultural monument.
