The Roman Catholic parish church of Friesach is located north of the main square at the foot of the Petersberg in the municipality of Friesach in the district of Sankt Veit an der Glan in the Austrian state of Carinthia. The parish church of St. Bartholomew belongs to the deanery of Friesach in the diocese of Gurk-Klagenfurt. The church is a listed building.
2. Pfarrkirche Zeltschach
The Roman Catholic parish church of Zeltschach in Zeltschach is dedicated to the Apostle Andrew. The church was first mentioned between 1060 and 1088 as the own church of the noble Ernustus, the father of the second Gurk bishop Berthold von Zeltschach. Among the clergy working in Zeltschach was Erhard Paumgartner, who later became Bishop of Lavant.
